The Kitchen

Fresh, vibrant, and locally sourced meals—many ingredients coming from our own garden — are prepared daily to ensure balanced and nourishing dining throughout your stay. We provide two meals each day, with filtered water, herbal teas, and fresh fruit available at all times.

After your morning Yoga Practice the brunch buffet beloved by our guest will wait for you. It contains all colours and flavors of the region and you will enjoy it with a stunning view on the rustical landscape. 

Our menu features a delightful range of vegetarian dishes, crafted by our Chef who cooks traditional Italian flavors with locally sourced ingredients. 

We’re also pleased to accommodate alternative dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Please let us know your dietary preferences when you book your retreat.
